Shipping policy

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days across India, depending on the location.
Remote areas may take longer due to limited courier access.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
For orders below the threshold, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 will apply.
4. Delivery Partners
We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure timely and safe delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the tracking link provided.
6. Delays and Exceptions
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays.
Bylina Natural Remedies Pvt. Ltd is not liable for such delays once the product has been dispatched.
7. Undelivered Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery.
We will investigate and offer a resolution which may include reshipment or refund.
