Refund policy

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product.

You received a wrong item that does not match your order.


Returns are not accepted for:

Opened or used products.

Products without original packaging.

Change of mind or dislike of product scent/texture/results (since results vary person-to-person).

 

2.⁠ ⁠Return Timeframe

You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

 

3.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1.⁠ ⁠Email us at support@bylinanatural.com with:

Order ID

Picture/video of the product and packaging

Reason for return

 

2.⁠ ⁠Our team will review the request within 2 business days.


3.⁠ ⁠If approved, we’ll arrange pickup or share return instructions.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer).

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we'll request bank details for the refund transfer.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Replacements

If the product was damaged or incorrect, we may offer:

Free replacement

Or a full refund, based on your preference and stock availability

 

6.⁠ ⁠Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch (within a few hours of placing the order).

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Shipping Costs

If return is approved due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we bear the return shipping cost.

If not, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
